Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Richibucto

Stopped 3 times in one week and twice something was missing. Good thing is I don't live far from this location but still an inconvenience. Also, Roll Up until March 23rd yet last week no roll up cups for large or medium🤔 Not the only Tim's without roll up cups. We need more competition in rural communities other than gas station coffee. Tim's in my view is just a gathering place for seniors to complain about everything and anything yet do nothing about it. Food and some places are filthy to ever consider sitting down to eat inside and bathrooms are worst. Third world coffee shop now. Stopped again this past weekend at the same location around 5:15pm and no muffins, fritters or much of anything. Just got 2 coffees and asked the guy at the windows why are you out of so many things given it's not even 6pm? Answer was quick and not sincere and the girl that inially took our order via drive thru just kept yapping behind him in Punjabi. His answer was "we simply work here"🫣 Singh Horton will be a thing of the past in another 5 years as it's completely lost it's focus on what Tim's use to mean...

Everytime I go here the food is always so mediocre, I know I shouldn't expect much anyways considering it's Tim's but c'mon it shouldn't be so difficult to get some things right ya know? The breakfast hashbrowns always taste old and reheated, even if you go there early in the morning. They either make your drinks too strong/sweet, or they're lazy with the process. (Ex; I got a melt and they only put 2 slices of bacon in the sandwich, I ordered cheese on my chili in the app and they gave me a seperate slice of cheese in another bag lmao). They don't have a lot of items that state otherwise on the app or through advertising, like the London fog drink or mocha lattes. Other things too that should be readily available at 9am, like muffins, that aren't even ready yet. I don't know why I keep going back, mostly because I don't have any other breakfast alternatives that are quick while I'm in a rush but hf. What a...

this place cannot get an order right 8/10 times i swear drive thru and inside! if i order anything more then a single coffee there’s always an issue wrong cup sizes wrong drinks wrong sandwiches, today after ordering inside and repeating my self multiple times i was given the correct sandwich but the drink was incorrect i ordered a large ice coffee but the lady made me an ice cap, now il be honest i didn’t notice if she charged me for the ice coffee or the ice capp but regardless i told her 3 times and i was going to say something when she handed it to me but the line inside was to the door and they only run one cash so i took it and left, but seriously this places needs to figure something out because myself and my roommate have all but stopped coming here...
