Subway — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

Do not order online from this location. They do not respect online orders.

Today, I placed my order through the official Subway website. I received a confirmation at 5:29 PM saying my order would be ready by 5:50 PM. I arrived at the store at 5:42 PM. There were two staff members — one was serving a walk-in customer, and the other was preparing an online order. I told the staff that I had placed an online order, and I could see the printed copy of my order at their workstation.

I assumed my order would be prepared shortly. Unfortunately, what happened next was really disappointing. Three different groups of walk-in customers arrived after me, and they were all served before my order. Mine was left for last.

Although the staff said "sorry," it was simply unacceptable. I waited more than 15 minutes. I could’ve gone to another store, but because it was an online prepaid order, I couldn't cancel it.

I visited this subway location and had a very unpleasant experience due to the behavior of one of the clerks. When I inquired about a coupon, the clerk not only failed to provide a helpful answer but also yelled at me in front of other customers. This behavior is entirely unacceptable, especially considering I am a paying customer who deserves respectful and courteous service. This incident ruined my dining experience, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received. Due to this experience, I am reluctant to return to and will be considering other dining options...

We ordered through the app while parked outside. It was 3:50 pm when we ordered and the store was empty, no customers. We're disgusted because they took over 20 minutes to prepare the food. We watched them waste the first 15 minutes and then, in what felt like was slow motion, prepared our subs. When the app informed us our sandwiches were ready, we went inside and waited another 3 minutes for three simple subs to be bagged. It was infuriating to watch so much of our time be blithely wasted. The sandwiches were not made according to our order. I'm feeling so angry about...
