We stopped here on our way back to Ontario, having been on the rd for 5hrs

Myself English speaking and my spouse French speaking.

He was speaking for me. This I feel caused staff to have automatic issues with us.

We asked 2 questions due to my diet restrictions and sensitivity as I have gastric issues.

1. If the club wrap had mayo
2. if any of the wrap or sandwiches had gluten free options.

The women working called me "sunshine" which is apparently an offensive term. MAKING FUN of an individual and assuming they won't understand you is also unacceptable.

Making fun of an individual who is trying to eat appropriate for her body, who is also expecting ( 3 months pregnant). Is highly disrespectful.

I'm trying to feed my baby, and not be sick for our trip.

Food sensitivities should be taken seriously and your staff should be educated on...

I am absolutely shocked and disappointed with my order. The salmon on the bagel was visibly spoiled, with an off color and poor appearance. Given the sensitivity of smoked salmon, it is highly possible that it has become poisonous due to improper storage or preparation. The cream cheese was dried out and cracked, clearly old and likely left sitting in their fridge for far too long. The bagel itself was extremely cold, and the bread was so dry and hard that it felt tough even to the touch. They didn’t even bother to warm it before serving. (Commander par l'app doordash) Sandwich moyen, température du four panini trop haute, le pain bien noircie a l'extérieur et le reste froid a l'intérieur, sur les 2 soupe recue (on ne peux meme pas choisir) l'une des deux est une crême ou un velouté qui a chauffer trop fort, le produit laitier cest séparé (cassé). Devrait metre a jours leurs produits avec doordash, on ne peux pas commander en trio parceque l'option soupe ou salade propose soit rien (1 trio) ou juste un soupe (2 trio) donc on ne peux pas poursuivre la commande car il demande de faire un choix d'accompagnement. Donc au final nous avons commandé nos Sandwich et ces accoter individuellement, ce qui nous fait payer plus chère pour une qualité qui n'en vaux vraiment pas le coup.

Par contre, l'attente na pas été longue, ce qui vous mérite plus...
