McDonald's — Restaurant in Rimouski

Came through the drive thru at 430 am on our way North from Ontario. The man on the intercom was immidiately extremely rude and ignorant. His frustration and annoyance with us just ooozed out of him with every word he spoke. I could hear him sigh deeply over the income as we spoke and I swear he would have been rolling his eyes had we have been able to see his face. When we got around to the window we were surprised to see that the man on the intercom was the manager!! Anyway I dont know what his issue was...all I can think is he was frustrated that we were English and unable to speak French. However, his English was very good. Would not recommend this place at all. Too bad they are all independently owned and operated...probably how managers on power trips like that get...

There was no one at the window for me to pay,at the second window to receive me order ,they said to me you didn't pay ,then he told me wait in the line your order isn't ready, then someone came out and ask me why am I waiting here,I said one of your employee told me to wait here. after receiving my order it was completely wrong , something I never order,I didn't get my juice ,they couldn't find my receipt,it was a total mess unorganized ,then they give me a poutine and a juice and...

j'ai souvent utilisé leur service au volant et jamais eu de problème, mais ce soir ( 28 vov.2024 vers 20h) je suis allée en salle à manger avec une amie et ses 4 enfants. Une vrai farce ! je n'irais plus jamais. 1- la salle de jeu est sale. plein de cochonneries à terre, le plancher est poussiéreux. 2-Je commande à la machine un trio poulet croustillant deluxe avec une frite moyenne et un petit sprite. - Plus de papier dans l'imprimante. 3- je vais me laver les mains. une jeune employée avec un cabaret, me demande si c'est ma commande. Comment je suis supposé le savoir ? tout est emballé ! je lui dit que je ne sais pas...elle allume enfin et me lit la commande. 4-ma frite est froide on me sert un petit format et non une moyenne frite. 5- mon poulet croustillant est trop cuit, le bacon est archi cuit et vraiment pas la qté de sauce qu'on retrouve dans un sandwich Mcdo... 6- ça a pris 5 minutes à l'employée pour comprendre que je voulait de la saucé épicé pour en rajouter dans mon sanwich. 7- pour la commande de mon amie et ses enfants. ils ont oublié le wrap de mon amie. La commande à pris au moins 10 minutes à arriver et moi pendant ce temps là, le reste de ma bouffe refroidissait... Ils ont aussi oublié les 3 yogourt yop des enfants. Ils étaient full staff et il n'y avait pas vraiment de gens au service à l'auto et 2 tables à l'intérieur. J'ai travaillé des années dans le fasfood. Qu'Est-ce qui se passe Mcdonald ? C'est vraiment honteux...
