Visiting from Vancouver, land of great sushi. This place impressed me a lot! The restaurant itself is wonderfully pleasant, with tasteful decor and importantly a clean washroom! The food was great, though a bit pricey compared to what I'm used to back home.

Most importantly, the service was exceptional. The owner really went out of his way to be accommodating: he seemingly gave our family free miso soups, a free salad, and when my mom asked about udon noodle soups, he said that it's not on the menu because noodle soups aren't popular here, but he would make a noodle soup for her anyway! Sushi Sapporo is a fantastic spot that truly goes above and beyond to make your dining experience special. I had the beef steak with teriyaki sauce, served with rice and vegetables, and it was cooked to perfection. The beef was tender, the sauce was rich and flavorful, and the veggies were fresh and perfectly cooked.

What really stood out was the amazing service. The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, and they made the meal even better by offering complimentary starters, including a delicious soup that set the tone for the meal. Sushi Sapporo is a hidden gem amongst all restaurants in the Greater Moncton Area. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very soothing and tranquil. The food is consistently amazing. I've never had or heard about anyone having a negative experience. I love the Spicy Bulkogi (spicy marinated beef rib eye with rice). The umami flavor takes you to another world. The sushi rolls are also amazing. I've never had sushi before going here, and I can say I had a great first experience. I highly recommend the French Kiss roll.
