Today's lesson in customer service. I ordered pizza here in Riverview from a large chain. I've ordered from before, and the pizza is not bad for "chain" pizza. The service today was atrocious. I got there, and my order was 100% wrong (not even the right pizzas). I had to wait 20 minutes for new pizzas. They then charge me full price. No discount for my inconvenience. No apology. They then tried to tell me it was my fault. As soon as I told them of the mistake, the manager on duty went and hid in the back.
I completely understand, mistakes happen. But not to take ownership of the mistake and blame the customer? Honestly, if a manager working for me behaved this way, they would not finish the day.
I certainly wish them all the success their customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a couple of three meat pizza's today over the phone, I forgot when i came there to mention that I wanted it deep dish. The nice cashier had apologized dearly (even though he didn't have to) and the manager had ensured only 10 minutes extra, wait time wise. I would pay even more than full price for how delicious those pizza's were.
The only problem that happened was that they might have wasted those regular three meats. The manager was extremely polite and was very social and personable and I was very satisfied.
I don't even know how people can complain about these guys. This might be some of the best customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreYour typical average Little Caesars pizza place. Unfortunately they will occasionally shut off their online ordering pizza portal at this location due to high foot traffic. There is no way for a consumer to know if the system is on or off until after creating an order online and receiving a nonspecific error; wasting time. It's nothing more than an inconvenience but it's also the way I prefer to order my pizza.
EDIT/UPDATE: As of 2022 this activity has stopped and the Online Pizza Portal is available at all times. I have changed my review from 3 stars to 5 to reflect this...
