PFK — Restaurant in Rouyn-Noranda

After waiting quite some time for our food I received my sandwich that was missing half the chicken. I asked the staff politely to refund me for the sandwich because I didn’t want to wait again and have my family wait for me. The staff immediately became rude and an altercation followed. After arguing with the cook they would not return my money but after I was persistent to get my money back they offered to make a new sandwich. They absolutely would not return my money. At this point there was no way I was eating it after that altercation, as I was not aware what they were doing to my food out of my view. I don’t speak French but my wife does and she explained they were being very rude in the kitchen with the manager present. When you see a fast-food restaurant with an empty parking lot at lunch hour it is for a reason. Absolute worst food/staff/working manager. They do not deserve...

Ok I've had bad experiences in the past here but I was willing to give this KFC one last chance but they blew it.

We ordered a large bucket of wich we waited for more than 35 minutes for.

The employees looked miserable and where very cold. Plus we where at least six who waited for over 30 minutes even for simple orders. The employees didn't have the urgency to serve us or make the food.

When we finally got our order, I double checked it and there was 2 errors in it. Then It took another 10 minutes for them to correct it, to finally have something they just pulled out of the freezer and reheated in the microwave that was still frozen in the middle.

And finally was it at least worth the wait? Nope it was cold and some of it frozen and was extremely greasy. Granted the taste wasn't bad but still bland.

KFC you need to up your game and employees, they really look...

I tried BBQ Big Crunch Single Box on the 18 December 2019. Unfortunately I can not speak French, but the staffs are co-operative and help to find my desired package. The order was served within 5 minutes (Luckily there was no rush!) The meal consist of these items: BBQ Big Crunch Single, Fries, Macaroni Salad (You can choose others), Standard chicken thigh and soft drinks (7 up).
