Pub Goût Gueule — Restaurant in Rouyn-Noranda

The restaurant has excellent range of food and staffs are down to the earth. It was hard for me to place an order as I could not speak in French. But restaurant staffs helped me by translating the menu. For this reason, they deserve 5 out of 5. Unfortunately the food did not meet my expectation. The fries were over cooked. There was a few pieces of burnt fries which ruin the taste of classical poutine. (Edited: I am happy to see the response from the restaurant end and I would appreciate the way they are trying to reduce the use of plastic materials. So no complaint for not having a fork inside :) ) So 5 out of 5 for the excellent service and environment and 3 out of 5 for the food. I believe this restaurant has the ability to make city's best poutine. The restaurant was full with its capacity and there was a ton of orders. I guess that may be ruined the quality of poutine. Better luck...

staff very friendly,good variety on menu ,nice resto for couples or large groups,parking not an issue as there`s a lot next to resto or a much bigger lot across the street,large exterior 2-level terrace for dining or just drinks.a must-try: either the salmon or beef tartar,both are excellent as an appetizer or the larger...

Nice place to eat. They have many tv screen hanging around to watch sports. The waiters were friendly and helpful. We had a burger and poutine. Both were nice and the portion was big. Upstairs they have some very confortable chairs to chill at drink....
