Placed a prepaid online order for two subs. Get a call that the store is out of ingredients for one. I opt to substitute it for a cheaper sub (despite the items being prepaid and I won't be refunded). The gentleman on the phone can't understand the word 'egg' to substitute. On arrival 20 minutes later, there are no customers in the store, and no food is ready or being prepared.
The attendant continues to have difficulty understanding the word 'egg' until he begins making it. He switches between working the till and handling non hygienic surfaces and making my subs with the same gloves.
He then tells me he'll have to charge me extra for the egg he put on a sub (a cheaper sub than the one I prepaid for already). When I tell him too look at the menu he then begins repeatedly apologizing that he has only worked a few days at Subway and doesn't know how to do anything.
The subs I recieved are both inedible- stale, not make to instructions and COVERED in sauce.
I used to come to this location frequently but it's clearly gone very downhill.
I don't have issues with other Subways.

I ordered and paid 25 minutes ahead. Arrived and staff said they cannot find my order. I had to show them from my app that order said it was ready. Ended up wasting time having to reorder in person. The another person behind me arrived saying they ordered thru app, and again staff couldn’t find his order.
This is not a staff problem. It is poor management and ownership problem.
Either not training staff or not setting up their system to process orders...
Read moreThere's one guy that works evenings that is really horrible. Bad service, attitude and makes horrible salads/subs purpose of you order online and don't tip via the app when ordering.
I think he does it on purpose so that people won't want to come in when he's working.
I stop in there because it's convenient but I won't anymore. I have come around twice when this guy is working and both times i had a bad experience.
I will just go to a different Subway or restaurant. Too many options out there to deal with...
