Buyer beware. I stop in at this location last night for a 3 strip combo. I used a coupon for 8.99. I had to ask for the reciept. First she gave me the wrong reciept. I looked at it before driving away. So i asked again for my reciept and looked at that before driving away. Then saw that I got charged 9.99. When I told her she charged me the wrong price, she said it was for the mayo I asked for instead of the dipping sauce. I gave her back the mayo and she gave me back a dollar. There was no seperate charge for the mayo on the reciept, so I did not believe her. Thete was just a 9.99 charge for the combo. She then kept the reciept. The meal was mediocre, almost cold! She also kept the coupon, saying that management checks the coupons at end of the night. This is the only A&W that keeps the receipts and charges for condiments. I have no problem tipping a minimum of 15%, but not when I feel like being ripped off. $1 is nothing, but if she does this to every vehicle going through the drive through, that can easily add up to hundreds by end of day! I would like to give a better review; however I have stopped three times since they opened. 2 times I did not get what I ordered. First time was an uncle burger, I ended up getting something without and vegetables. 2 pieces of meat, cheese and a slice of onion. no lettuce, not tomato. Second time was a teen burger (trying to keep it simple) got what I was expecting. third time another teen burger, and again something with no vegies, and I had to in the parking lot about 5 minutes for them to bring it out to the car. I checked the receipt and the order was placed correctly, but I did not get a teen burger. I had an appointment in portages, and did not have time to turn around. We stopped by this A&W and was really impressed. The food came out quickly, hot, and exactly as ordered — fresh fries, juicy burgers, and everything tasted great. You can tell they take pride in keeping things clean and consistent.

What really stood out, though, was the staff.especially raman she’s super friendly and efficient, The cashier greeted me with a smile, and the team behind the counter worked together smoothly to keep the line moving. It’s rare to see such good service in a fast food setting, and it made the whole visit more enjoyable.
