Humpty's Big Plate Diner - Oak Bluff — Restaurant in Rural Municipality of Macdonald

We went to Humpty's for Father's day. The restaurant is so clean. The food smelled so good! We were seated right away even though the restaurant was busy. The servers handled it very well! I had the honey garlic chicken wings and they were AWESOME! I have never tasted wings so good! My husband had the eggs,ham, hash browns and toast and he loved it! The servers were all beautiful inside and outside! They were friendly, welcoming, and efficient! We were lucky to meet the owner and had a nice conversation with him and his daughter. They were so nice to talk with! We could have talked alot longer, but we knew they were busy so we kept it short. We are definitely looking forward to our next visit! They made our fathers day meal very enjoyable! Thank-you so much to everyone there! We highly recommend Humpty's! The service was excellent! No apology necessary, keep up...

This place used to be good but after todays visit we will never return. We came in during lunch hoir and there were only 3 tables occupied in a place that ised to be packed. Witj tjat being said,the waitress was prompt to take pue food and drink order and that's pretty well where the service ended. Our drinks were brought several minutes later by what looked like a manager. Our waitress brought our food and was never seen again until after we finished to ask how everything was after me sitting for over half my meal with an empty glass ( not to mention we didn't get the usual glass of water). We luve put of town and this was a planmed trip as I had talked this place up as I have had many years ago in tje past but this was not tje place I used to visit and wont recimmend it or ever be...

We traveled in through the morning from Saskatchewan, we came back through later at suppertime, there was not one soul in the building so we purchased a slushie at the gas station and left. It seemed really strange but during the two busiest time frames for meals we couldn't find one customer. There were vehicles in the parking lot but they must have been employees. This is located on the highway and I found it very strange. But I will admit very nicely decorated, not a bunch of music blaring in the speakers, and seemed very very very very very very clean. You would have to stop here to make your own opinion. The handicap parking is very far from the door, you have to cross across the parking lot to get to the doors parking in...
