Brian's Drive-In — Restaurant in Rural Municipality of Taché

We just moved to Lorette and wanted to try them and support local. The menus did not state what was on each burger and basically had no description for each item. So I asked what the mozza burger had on it and the workers were very rude saying they don’t know but another man said “lettuce, tomato, typical burger” so I decided to get that and my husband got the chili burger and stated no pickle and mustard. We received both burgers and the mozza did not have lettuce and tomato on it and my husbands chili burger was made with mustard and pickles. We returned it and told them politely our order was made wrong. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They told me I was wrong but after going back and forth about it they gave me lettuce and tomato in a wrapper and scraped the pickles off of my husbands burger. We will never be going here again and neither should you. You’re better off driving to A&W 5 min...

Two friends and myself were there today (Aug 1st. 2021) for a late lunch/early dinner.

the food was OK, wasn't the best but wasn't the worst, the price was OK for most things and on par for todays costs.

the burger was on the bland side, the meat didn't have much taste to it, almost like they forgot to season it. the fries were good, we ordered the Chili cheese fries, but WAY too much cheese, made it almost a soup with that much cheese. also had onion rings, they were really good, cooked perfectly.

the drinks were great, we had milkshakes all of us had a different kind, and we all agreed that it was the best milkshakes we'd had in a very long time.

also ordered a side of chili, it was fairly good, but reminded me of store bought with just hamburger meat tossed in. but all in all it was the best part...

Used to live in Lorette for many years and came for a visit - family and I were excited to go to Brian’s. Unfortunately the young male working the counter (2 PM on August 6th) could go through remedial and customer service training. It was quite astonishing to be given so much attitude and hostility in a quiet, laidback town. From charging & giving us the wrong size, the soft serve cone served with a fly stuck on it, to his unwarranted attitude.. we won’t be going back again. Would have been 1 star but the perogies were good, although we were wary to eat them as we weren’t sure how good food control was after the ice cream...
