Pizazz Pizza Victoria — Restaurant in Saanich

After testing out many pizza places in order to choose a pizza base, I ordered an olive, capicoli pizza from Pizazz Pizza. Words cannot describe the wonder my tastebuds experienced at the first bite. I was hit by an explosion of cheesy goodness, next my tongue happened upon a scrumptious slice of the most delicious capicoli ham I have ever encountered, and finally I bit into an olive that tasted as if it had been picked from the groves in Sicily just minutes before. As I continued to eat, the pizza simply got better, aging as only the finest wine does. After finishing the wonderful toppings on the slice I came to the crust. Oh that crust. Zeus himself couldn't have made such a crispy yet fluffy crust. The gourmet dip complimented it with such pizazz I almost fainted. After eating about half the pizza in pure ecstasy I forced myself to stop and return from my excursion into the land where the pizza gods live. The story, however, does not end there. The next morning I brought the pizza to work in the hopes of injecting my day with four slices of heavenly goodness. Now I love cold pizza as much as the next guy and, while I expected another delicious experience, nothing could prepare me for be slapped across the face with a delectable and exquisite lunchtime break. Needless to say, I spent the rest of my day living as if I had stumbled into the most gloriously appetizing dream. Now while I have attempted to express the beauty of this pizza, I have not written any words regarding the service of Pizazz. I called for delivery at around 630 and was told I would be waiting for about 45 minutes. In the meantime my sister and I went outside to inhale the fumes of our vegetable of choice. This took about 20 minutes. We came back inside and sat down, expecting to watch an episode of Community and have the pizza arrive shortly after, but hark! What do I hear but a knock on the door. The pizza had arrived 20 minutes early! Needless to say I succumbed to tears of joy.

So all in all I have to say Pizazz Pizza is probably, nay, certainly the best pizza place I have ever ordered from in my life and I have no doubt that it will be better than any pizza place my descendants order from. If you are ever in Victoria, you must go to Pizazz Pizza or forever live knowing that you missed out on the biggest opportunity of your entire life. So spread the word!! Pizazz Pizza is the best...

I ordered a combo with three slices of pizza and a can of soda. Five minutes later, my girlfriend decided to have another slice, so I ordered it. It was a Hawaiian pizza, which they didn’t have available at the moment, but they told me it would take 7 minutes to prepare. I agreed to wait, but then I ended up waiting for 20 minutes instead. I had to go to the counter and ask a different worker because the first one was working in the kitchen. The lady gave me my slice, but 3 minutes later, a guy from the back office, not wearing a mask or proper kitchen attire, approached me and asked if I had paid for it. I said yes. Unsatisfied with my answer, he sent the first worker to ask me the same question, so I had to explain the whole situation again. I’m not sure what kind of POS system they use at this store, but I don’t think this was the right way to handle the situation. A better approach would have been to check with his staff first or verify the POS system, but instead, he decided to confront me. I will not be returning to this pizza place because I don’t feel like I was treated well as a customer. Next time, I might get Subway or Chinese...

Grew up and this was my family's home pizza place and has been my favorite in Victoria for nearly 20 years.. owner always very nice. Unfortunately I've tried to order to no avail 3 times and the young lady who answered the phone was INCREDIBLY rude and unprofessional and outright disrespectful. Sadly this has happened too many times and I've been holding off writing feedback in hopes it changes. Lost a very, very, very loyal customer. By far my favorite pizza in Victoria. Upsetting to see they don't care if you've spent thousands over the years and speak so incredibly rudely to paying customers. Never again. Good...
