Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saint-Amable

Older employees are very cold and rude. The orders are rarely correct. Bacon is barely cooked most of the time.

Roll up the rim event is from February 4th to MARCH 23rd.

First issue: the card doesn’t always scan even if it makes the correct noise when it scans and the employees don’t double check. We lost 6 roll up the rim chances and was told NOTHING could be done about it and to deal with it.

Second issue (most important one): This Tim’s ran out of XL cups on Monday the 10th! Today went again for a XL and a large coffee and at the drive through window once we got our coffees and saw it was NOT a roll up the rim cup they told us (with attitude) that they didn’t have anymore S,L,XL cups. They told us they couldn’t do anything about it and offering us a medium cup to roll up was not on the table. How can you run out of cups two weeks before the end of an event and not order more or figure something out??...

Cheap with extras. You pay at least $1 and you don’t get enough for your money. Young employees during the weekend smile much more than the older women during the week. Especially the one who does the sandwiches.

Edit: Ordered a plain bagel at the drive through, got to work and got a sesame bagel instead. I called and was told by Janine (one of the older workers who has a hard time getting a smile on her face) that they ran out of plain and gave what was closest to it. I wasn’t made aware of this at the drive through. Sesame isn’t a “bad” bagel but it’s definitely not the bagel I would’ve ordered had I known. And for people with allergies this can be dangerous.
