I would give them no stars but I couldn't. I used to enjoy their pizza, but I will no longer support a company that does not honor their credit. On September 5, 2020 I had a friend visiting from the West Island and I bragged about how good the pizza was here and decided to order from them. I ordered a large pizza with family size fries, and a pepsi at 4:54pm. I called back 1hr later and she explained that it was Saturday, it was busy, but my food should arrive shortly. The pizza arrived at 6:45 obviously cold. The lady even had the nerve to ask for a tip. It is COVID-19 and I understand that people are experiencing hard times, so I obliged her a gave her 4$. But I was not happy that my foos was late and cold. So I called Miss Italian, and recant all this with them. They were so appalled about the time that I received my pizza, and that the driver had asked for a tip that they first offered to send me another pizza. Listen I waited 2 hours i wasn't going to wait another 2. Since i refused that offer, she told me that they would give me a credit, but I would have to order the same thing blah blah blah. On October 10, my friend came to visit again, and I mentioned that we'll give it another try and order, and use the credit. Well to my shigrin when I called, they don't have the credit on file. Plus I was going to order additional pizza for another person. I explained that I had my receipt, and wrote down what was said etc.etc.. The lady said she doesn't even have my numbered receipt or proof that I even ordered from them. I said that I would even bring it to them. They refused and said that they could not honor it if it wasn't written down. I was disappointed with them and their customer service, so I drove to Como Pizza in Laprarie instead. And it was well worth it because it tasted much better than Miss Italia. I guess they could afford to lose a customer because they've lost...
Read moreIt's borderline 2 but I still give it a 3. In short it's just like a ghetto fast food cantine type restaurant with a not-that-cheap price for such quality. It's not bad bad but I will not recommend.
Like many other comments mentioned the waiting to be seated part/served is absolutely under par. I am talking about not just once but several times (I visited their 4 to 5 times). A few staffs were hanging around but they seemed like they were just receptionist or bus girl and not responsible for welcoming or taking order. End up only one staff would realize our present after some unnecessary wait time.
Seat down and served with cold plastic bagged POM bread and Grissol bread stick which I imagined they might want to save cost on labor but few times they tasted like they had been kept for too long. If you don't ask, they will not serve you hot bread which makes no sense to me.
Food wise pizza is decent but far from good. You might find the crust was good but it's not worth spending more than $12 just for the dough. Tried different types of food like sub and pasta. Unless you told me that's the authentic Italian way than you might say I didn't know what I was eating. The sub was mediocre. I tried the seafood pasta and it had just fake crab meat, very few pieces of mini scallops and cocktail shrimp with tasteless bechemal sauce.
I just don't understand why they would constantly having so many customers. Maybe it's like a habit and they are just used to the environment so acceptance of food and service is relatively higher. And I sincerely hope the owner or whoever runs the business could read this comment and make improvements instead of being satisfied with their...
Read moreWorst dining experience ever. When the waitress brought over the dinner rolls that were packaged in plastic wraps I should've gotten up and left. But we already ordered, and the place looked fairly popular, so we thought there must be some merit to the food so I stayed.
HUGE MISTAKE
What followed was an entire hour of waiting for our order. (Not just us but even the people in front of us) During the whole time the staff did not come over to explain why our food is late nor even refill our water.
So after the eons of waiting I got the gnocchi i ordered. Or so I thought they were supposed to be gnochi... They were served in a casserole dish with a big chunk of cheese+tomato sauce that blanketed them... Looked more like a lasagna... The taste wasnt aweful but the texture...or rather the lack there of... That gnocchi tasted so soggy I thought I was eating baby food.
Anyway I have no clue how this place stays in business with service and food quality as poor as this. I wish I could...
