Eggsquis — Restaurant in Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville

Food here was comparable to other Eggsquis, but our experience with our server soured us against visiting again. She took offense to something one of our group said, as some of us have limited understanding of French (no offense was intended). We would have understood if she chose to only speak French, but instead she chose to noticibly walk away or not listen when some members of our group spoke to her. I always loved this place, one of the few places open at the times where everything else is closed like early mornings and Sundays. Food is good as long as your appetite is ready to take it all! I removed a star because at my last visit, my first one there during restaurants closure of the pandemic, I noticed that they changed the potatoes and they aren't as good as before. Also, putting fruits over them (although I can understand they try to save packaging) just makes them moist. Either way, still among the best amongst brunch restaurants...

Lovely meal no compliants all as ypu wd expect fr a good breskfast chain, but the waitress was extremely rude after we completed our meal and had paid the bill. A VERY disappointing end to our experience. Very ignorant and unnecessary in a world where we should be tolerant of each other. It is a shame to have ppl serve who are so rude. I wd never return and wd encourage no one who is cheerful and polite but speaks English to engage with this establishment and certainly to avoid this server. A disgrace to this chain and this lovely town...
