Sema Pizza - Saint-Constant — Restaurant in Saint-Constant

We ordered pizza a day in advance for our daughters birthday party over the weekend and when I called back the day of delivery to make sure everything was still in place, the man on the phone refused to acknowledge me because I spoke in English and told me he was going to cancel our order. I asked to speak to someone else and he refused to answer me and demanded that I speak in french. I then passed the phone to my husband, who also spoke in English and the man quickly changed his tone. We later found out that he was the owner. Not only was he specifically disrespectful towards women but his blatant lack of customer service was enough to ruin my day. I will NEVER order from this place again.

Edit: I did not call the restaurant before opening hours. I have the time stamp in my phone. You open at 11am and the phone call was placed at 11:08 simply to ensure that our delivery was still in place for 11:30. Your tone and choice of words on the phone were disrespectful and unacceptable for an owner of any establishment and when my husband got on the phone, the disrespect suddenly vanished.
