Brookies — Restaurant in Saint-Eustache

There is a variety of cookies to choose from and I purchased a box of 9 cookies for $36. These cookies are quite thick and you can eat them as they are or you can warm them up. I had the cookies room temp and they were really good.

I tried the matcha cookie and I liked how it was very subtle in matcha flavor and not too sweet, pairs well with the white chocolate chips. First time trying a matcha cookie and I’m hooked.

You can taste the citrusy notes in the strawberry lemonade cookie and it’s a good combination with the light strawberry buttercream. I didn’t think I would be a fan of strawberry cookies, but I was wrong.

Almond cookie tastes exactly as an almond croissant.

Overall, these cookies are quite delicious & decadent with their various unique flavors.

I’m glad I made the trip to this cookie shop and happy with all the flavors I tried out, of course due to the size of these cookies, they will be devoured slowly over the next several days.

This name is very misleading. Normally, a brookie implies brownie + cookie. So, unless it was a blondie mixed with cookie or they only have one brookie, or we did not order the brookies, this was just a really thick cookie. We had 3: strawberry shortcake, Ferrero and almond. It was good, but not great. I’m not sure if it’s a recipe standard or if it was just this batch but it was quite salty. We got them to share for my mom’s birthday and although they were quite thick and did have some filling in regard to the flavours, it was disappointing and lacking. If you want to bring something over to a gathering, this could be a pleasing option I guess. Cookies are generously garnished. Unfortunately way too sweet to my liking. You end up losing some of the main flavors like in the cinnamon one or the pecan one with no pecan at all as an example. The inner and outer icing make it... Extremely sweet.
