PFK — Restaurant in Saint-Eustache

We usually go here and for the past while they have been giving good size pieces of chicken when you pick it up . So we decided we should order this time and we ordered a 12 piece bucket meal . Well inside was 7 crusty wings and 3 drumsticks out of 12 so 2 pieces were 1 nice meaty piece and the other was half chicken and half skin .. so basically we ended up with no chicken . We spent 50$ for skin and bones . Who do they think they are . Then we called them up and they even admit to it . You know what they said .. they said oh well were sorry that's all we had left . It would have taken us 20 more min to make more . ! It's 7 pm there open untill 9 pm . Delivery says up to an hour they were here in 15 min . What was the rush where was our chicken. ?? They gave us a 20 % discount on our next order.. wow we get to save the tax .

Decided to go back since my daughter wanted to try it and again , such a disappointment. Disgusting chicken sandwich, supposed to be famous 😒 nothing on it bit a bit of sauce on both sides , tried to feed some to my dog and she doesn't even want it . I feel like bringing it back and putting it on the counter and demand a refund . I won't bother. This place should be...

I ordered the 18 peace bucket meal with 5 sides & also a 6 peace bucket of chicken when i got home I put all the chicken on a plater only to as we started to eat we noticed that there was only 4 drum sticks 3 wings and the rest of the chicken was chicken thighs and chicken thighs with the back bone, these people are ripping people off for their money, they don't put chicken breast or chicken ribs apparently so they can make more money do not order from this place.... I will definitely call the quebec health inspectors on them for false advertising on their products........ BY THE WAY IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS...

Sometimes it makes you wonder how they make money. There was a long line to order, but no one actually taking orders as the order taker was in the back. When they decided to visit, they took the orders and we had to wait a long time to get served. I ordered a spicy sandwich, which wasn't very spicy, so I went back to ask for spicy sauce... another 7 minutes of my life gone.... finally she comes out and I ask... nope, out of spicy sauce. Really? This is the least prepared, worst run PFK. What's the point of running a fast food restaurant is... it isn't fast and you don't really have much...
