worst service I received ever. the lady there did not observe the order placed online and gave me attitude. ended up asking for my money back and will never go there again.

the way customers are treated definitely needs improvement. at least for St Eustache location.

Alex helped us greatly by explaining the menu. Also when you come in, you can smell all the aromatics. As for food, my wife loved her butter chicken bowl, I took the spicebros bowl and I wasn't impressed. It's fragrant, the sauces are good and aromatic but the chicken, potatoes and basmati rice had a dry texture from pre-preparation. Don't get me wrong, it's a fast food franchise and I understand why they do this quick. The portions are generous and for the price, it's hard to beat. Staff is lost and alone. One person serving take 30 mins to get a cold plate. The owners don't care with what I see. Too bad this franchise is not run like others.
