Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saint-Germain-de-Grantham

Sadly today's experience paled compared to the other day when I stopped for my FIRST time since arriving in Canada a week ago . No one understood when I asked for a iced/blended mocha cappuccino (aka frappucino at Starbucks in the States and prob in Canada) and the Creme' Boston was so dense I couldn't swallow it without trying to wash it down with the incorrect drink they gave me (which ended up in the garbage anyway). I know the place was pack but I haven't figured out why.... Oh well....one of life's lessons learned (sure hope my Canadian co-worker doesn't ask me my opinion eek!)

Madame à la caisse au service à l'auto samedi dernier (cheveux bruns, dans la quarantaine) aucun sourire dans le visage, aucune manière. lorsque je lui ai demandé mon change, elle m'a dit qu'elle ne me devait rien, elle a fermé la fenêtre et s'est éloignée en m'ignorant. La commande coûtait 21,09$ et je lui avais donné 22,10$ (mon copain est témoin!! C'est lui qui m'a remis le 2 dollars qui trainait dans le coffre à gants à ma demande!). Habituellement, je donne quasiment 2$ de tips pour une commande de moins de 5$, mais j'aime bien donné le tips de mon propre gré et aux caissiers/caissières que je trouve qui font un bon travail. J'ai téléphoné pour me plaindre à la gérante qui m'a dit qu'elle allait faire un suivi, mais je ne retournerai certainement pas à ce Tim Hortons et je n'oublierai pas la raison cette fois-ci!

J'avais oublié précédemment pourquoi je n'y retournais pas ; la fois précédente, j'avais commandé un grand vanille française et le verre était à moitié rempli!

Je suis très déçue du service! J'aime mieux aller faire un détour à Drummondville ou arrêter à la sortie 152 ou n'importe quelle autre sortie sur la 20 plutôt que de retourner à...
