McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint-Jacques

I’m sorry I have to say that McDonald’s on Saint Jacques next to the entrance to the 20 W. has seriously gone down when it comes to customer service. The orders continuingly get put together wrong every time I visit. For a simple cheeseburger trio with only two clients (myself and one other person) at the cash I had to wait almost 20 minutes. The restaurant was empty and I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a friggin cheeseburger/ bacon trio. They have almost 6 employees walking around in the kitchen ignoring us. After I ordered I asked someone if they can order me another burger for the road and I swear to god it was like they were a deer that was caught staring at car headlights. Hi, I'm wondering if your company which has seen a spike in demand and market gains will do anything for customers who do not posses a vehicle during this current pandemic, online food delivery services i'm sure have seen a spike in demand. Albeit, the local McDonald's near me still refuses to allow drive through purchases unless they come with a vehicle. Hence, the delivery services being unavailable and my partner being pregnant and already having 2 children and without a car. Are my options to seek other favored restaurants other than yours?
