McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli

First of all i am sorry I don’t speak french. So that was the first thing I encountered here that they made such a long face as I don’t speak french and the the other person was laughing at me. I had a monopoly sticker which gets you a sandwich and that’s what i wanted i asked them for a mc chicken and the guy called his manager and said you can only get a cheeseburger. If i had a monopoly sticker of a cheeseburger then i understand but this clearly says a sandwich and i have always got a mc chicken. So after 2 minutes of the manager reviewing the monopoly sticker he gave me mc chicken. Asked him for a fresh one and I can wait laughed and walked off. Still got an old mc chicken not a fresh one. Mc donalds is a family restaurant no place for racism. They should treat everyone equally rather than laughing at them. Never felt so disappointed. On December 31, 2022 i purchased a bigmack meal from the drive through, i got the pop and the bag of food then drove off to the on ramp for Highway 20 and stopped. Looked in the bag and there was an obvious mistake, 4 hamburgers no bigmack no fries. Well I couldn't back up the ramp to go back so my Labrador had a real feast. On the way back from Quebec City I stopped and they were just closing so I had to come back another time.

Today January 6, I had go to town to make a few stop, first stop was Macdonald, went in presented my receipt told my story to the attendant, she went to get the manager, told him the same story and he asked me if I wanted a free Bigmack meal, I said yes please, he served me right away with a great big smile. Decided to stop for breakfast at the location and store hours show they open at 5am and we got here at 4:30 so we waited. 5:25 and doors have still not been unlocked, staff has only just began to put out donuts in the display. I’ve managed fast food chains before. If you’re suppose to open at 5, should start work at 4 to have doors unlocked at open. Seems like no one started to prepare to open until 5. Finally got to order and they somehow managed to get their first order of the day wrong. Restaurant is a mess, looks like the closing staff didn’t clean and left it for morning. Tables dirty, bathroom floors covered in toilet paper. Said hello to the one worker when I walked in and I get that it’s 5:40am but you should at least sound happy towards...
