New Chinese Cuisine Restaurant — Restaurant in Saint John

My partner and I had heard about this new restaurant in town, and we walked in on a Friday evening with no reservation made ahead... the place was packed and the servants were hopping. It took about 15 minutes before we got a table, and awhile for the food to arrive, but this did not matter to us. We were glad to see a new restaurant that just opened doing so well (no surprise consdering us west-siders are like a tightly-knit family, and word of a new place to eat spreads like wildfire). Complete strangers were coming and going, laughing and hugging, raving about the food - but that's west siders for you. As for the food - beyond delicious! Hot, fresh, and served with a smile. Our business felt welcome here. Also, like another reviewer pointed out - great view from the front window. We have made a reservation for 4 for tomorrow night, and we are looking forward to more delicious food. A tip before you go - be patient and understanding - and the food WILL be worth the wait. SSSSLLLLLOOOOOWWWW First visit I went for a pick up and I called to confirm and they said i was ready. I live in walking distance, 5 minute walk. I show up and they ask me what name was the order place, I give them my name but they can't find it. I know it was busy, all tables filled but so then how do you "take an order" over the phone, take 30.minutes to prepare it and then "lose the order" 5 minutes later??? So they had to make the order from scratch, took 30 minutes to redo my order. My second visit, things are quiet, half the volume as last time and i came in for an egg roll and a spring roll, ok? They said 10 minutes to make. Really? I guess they MUST be busy with all 5 tables filled. Oh and by the way, nice way to keep the 3 gentlemen waiting at the front desk with no one to take their order or get them an empty table of the possible 12, again 5 tables in use, with 2 or 3 customers each. Disappointed with food we ordered ,server was new didn’t know much about menu .. every menu comes with chicken fried rice .. we order sweet n sour shrimp .. on their website the photo shows something different I clearly asked the server, however the funny part is I asked them if instead of chicken fried rice they can give me veggie fried rice it was equivalent to Same price . I was told no , instead it came with plain rice n fried shrimp with sweet sour Sauce . Looking at the website photo I continued the order I am attaching photo you can see how the combination looks. One photo is my order white rice and shrimp the other photo is how it shows on their website .
