I have shared my experience here in the past. Typically I havenât any problems, with exception having once been the level of customer service (or lack thereof) of one of the past employees; I was here yesterday evening for the first time in a while and noticed she is still working here. She is older, and she surely seems to fumble with the computer while taking orders. However these are NOT reasons or excuses to be rude, confrontational, and argumentative with a customer. I would like to ad that she served me, and her âfriendlyâ service has had yet to show, in spite of her longevity with the company. Usually I am satisfied, as I am a relatively easy person to please â so long as I am treated well. Even if I have to wait (way too) long for my grub, the food is always good, if not great.
Today, a manager/supervisor covered the cash register/swapped floats for/with someone going home at 06. If they are coming from back of house, where they had been making food, with gloves, they SHOULD NOT go back to MAKING FOOD with the SAME **ING GLOVES that they used to handle my MONEY. And ALL of the next guests MONEY. I had really hoped that while waiting for my grub that they would stay at the register .. and not go back to making food. I had hoped theyâd have had the sense to change their gloves. Alas, they had ultimately gone back to making food. WITHOUT SWAPPING GLOVES.
I made 100% sure to keep my eyes on them until I confirmed that this happened.
I rarely eat this food, but when I need something fast, I always choose Wendyâs.

   Read moreI have been going to this Wendy's consistently for the last 10 years (5-10 times/yr) and after 10 years, they still get your drive thru order incorrect over 50% of the time. I always check the bag before I leave but sometimes if someone else goes in the drive thru for me, they never check and the order is always wrong when they get back home, although correct on the receipt. They charge you the right amount but forget to add things. It's a disappointment that after 10 years, probably every staff member/position has been changed over 3-5 times and its still the same problem. If you eat inside, you are fine because you can walk to the counter to get it corrected but when you live further away, it will cost more in gas for the fries they forgot or the bacon they forgot in your burger. It's an absolute disgrace because I love Wendy's but it's like they only hire incompetent staff every time, must be a problem higher than management.
