Absolutely no personality behind the counter. Very serious people. My wife and I decided to order for take out New Year's Eve with the kids and on my way to pick up the food, my wife said don't forget your first responders card you get 10% off your food order. I never do this and i always just tip for food. i had called in the order at 4pm for a 6pm pick up. As I enter the store, I mention I have a card for the 10% discount offered from their website. The guy behind the counter starts shaking his head at me saying he knows nothing about it. I said maybe you should go have a look on your website. He answers back to me that he wouldn't do that and that I wouldn't get a discount because he knows nothing about it. I thought for a second of leaving, but I decided to pay for the food and show some gratitude and give them a 15% tip like I always do. Then I asked him for his name, he wouldn't give it to me and then I let him have it verbally and told him exactly how I felt about him and his attitude. So, I then proceeded to call amir and explain to them the situation and asked politely for a credit of some sort to make up for the lateness, coldness and sogginess of the food. The man on the phone started to argue with me and kept cutting me off in a rude fashion claiming that "I'm wrong" and "The food wasn't late" (even though I have proof of the time I called and the time I received the food).
