McDonald's — Restaurant in Saint-Leonard

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever met. The old lady in red has a very bad service attitude. She doesn't respect the guests, neither say hello nor use any honorific words. She is indifferent to the guests and only cares about how much she can sell. She never smiles, which makes people afraid. At the same time, she is extremely impatient with the guests, does not give them any thinking time, and does not provide them with any useful information. She communicates with the guests in an extremely impatient tone, making every guest feel nervous when ordering. St-Léonards New Brunswick. I have never seen a McDonald’s so filthy in my life. When I say filthy it's no exaggeration. There's so much dirt and dead flies in the entrance that the corners are rounded. Flies absolutely everywhere. The floors and walls had ketchup and grease built up so bad. Dirty rags and a heavy paint scraper left on the women's bathroom counter. The table edges have not been cleaned, the grooves in the tables are black and greasy. The highchairs were so gross and are obviously not cleaned. Everything, everywhere was sticky. Unfortunately, we were passing through while driving home to Ontario. My kids had to use the bathroom which had 1 stall in the men's room. We waited and waited and after about 15 minutes of waiting a male employee came out of the stall, didn't wash his hands and headed straight to the fries where he began serving everyone's fries. The restaurant is over run with flies (literally thousands of flies). The app was having trouble working, my order went through but they claimed they didn't receive the order and had me reorder at the till and pay again without even trying to rectify the problem even though I had the order up on my phone where they could see it.
