Terrible customer service. I live in Ontario, and on my way through Quebec stopped at this location to grab food. Terrible quaility, messy, gross and lazy customer service. Made a complaint online, the manager or owner shrugged me off, said that they apologized and they spoke to the staff. What does an apology do when you have poor customer service, both from your staff and the manager? Would not dine here if it was the last spot that served food on Earth.

We were there around 16:30, before the dinner rush, and it wasn’t busy at all. There were at least 3 employees and very little activity. One of the employees was complaining loudly about having been at work for 6 hours. Yet the bathroom had multiple paper towels on the floor and looked a mess. The area where people leave their trays was overflowing with people’s garbage on trays. Dimanche le 6 août 2023, vers 14:30, je rentre dans le restaurant, le comptoir de service de condiment est plein de vaisselles salent en montagne, c’est pas propre. Je commande relativement rapidement. Attente ++++ avant de recevoir commande. Semble avoir seulement des jeunes garçons au service. J’entends sacré à tour de bras. Il n’y a plus de lait ni de fromage en grain, un jeune va au depaneur pour en chercher, il revient les mains vide. L’autre jeun sacre encore. Nous n’avons toujours pas nos commandes. Un client demande même aux jeunes s’il ont besoin sur un ton impatient et avec raison, j’étais moi même sur le point de l’offrir… Je vais aller me le faire moi-même mon burger ça va être plus rapide. Ils ont l’aire complètement désorganisé et laisser a eu même, c’est le bordel. On a été la 1 heure en tout, mon chum et mes filles attendaient dans l’auto car nous avions la roulotte et on mangeait en route….
