Worst McDonald’s ever. Ordered from kiosk. Waited. Waited. Finally saw them get a bag with our number on it. Over the next 20 minutes, they put some of our order in the bag, all the while stopping and finishing up orders that were well after ours. Finally I got tired of waiting and asked one of the kids working about the order. He said they were out of cookies. Well, were they ever going to tell me? We had 5 other people waiting who were finished eating already and waiting on us so I said just give me the bag, I’ll take whatever you have in there. If they were out of cookies, why didn’t they just say that and offer a refund? Why put our food in the bag 20 minutes earlier and then just ignore us? My friend and I ordered two large fries, and it took 30 minutes of waiting and asking about our food for them to finally start making it, then they ended up dropping some fries on the ground and putting it back in the bag, as well as one employee who dropped a bun on the ground and kicked it under the floor instead of picking it up. Jarrive à la fenêtre, attitude très désagréable et sa me dit que je dois payer mon junior parce que leur caisse bogue. Ensuite on me dit d’aller à la deuxième fenêtre pour arranger le problème, l’employer me dit de payer et que mes points on fonctionner donc je paye. Par après je regarde la facture, il m’a charger 6$ alors qu’il m’avait di que c’était 1,66$ car les points marchais. Je lui a demander pourquoi il me l’a pas dit que je devais le payer ( ce qui me dérangeait pas) alors qu’il devait me le dire et il m’a ostiner qu’il était tanner et qu’il voulais que je parte.
