We went here for a quick dinner as we didn’t have any other options in the area. The restaurant is well kept and is pleasant inside. There is also a patio section that we didn’t know about until we left. lol. We ordered the roasted chicken leg and the cheese spaghetti, and a bowl of French onion soup. All tasted ok, nothing special. The chicken leg tasted ok but, some areas were burnt. French onion soup tasted ok, but could use some improvement. Overall, very pricey for what you get. The staff are friendly and nice, speaks a little bit of English.

Great restaurant! The interior is like from another time - really authentic. The service was very friendly, fast and attentive. We had burgers, one with meat and one vegetarian. Both were very tasty. For dessert we had homemade chocolate cake. The restaurant is simple and good - we would definitely come back and can only recommend it.

I came out of the Hotel nearby in 1995. I had a lot of beer. I could not find my friends anywhere.I sat on the footpath here for a while.I smoked a few cigarettes and then Richie found me and we went home. Nice place to sit for a while when drunk. Thank you. Jimmy

After sitting for almost 10 minutes in this not-so-busy restaurant, we were finally given a menu. This should have been a warning to get up and leave. We ordered fish and chips which cost $26 per person. After our meals were placed on the table, the server quickly left, not asking if we needed something more - such as vinegar. Not once did he come to the table to see if everything was ok. He did not even come back to refill our water. The good news out of this, was once we removed the massive amount of gooey covering, we were actually able to find a tiny amount of fish - that was terribly overcooked. This place, in my opinion, is not even deserving of the one star for service or...

This place was recommended by the hotel we stayed at, wish I read the reviews first as I would not have come. The service we received was bad, the restaurant was not busy, and there was a long wait to get a menu. When the server brought water he spilled it on my mother's menu. Accidents happen but he never apologized or brought a cloth to wipe it up. I had the fish and chips, it was overpriced at $26 and was the worst I have ever had. There was so much breading on the fish and it was overcooked. The fries were ok. The server never checked in on our table after bringing the food and I had to wait almost 10 minutes at the cash to pay as he had disappeared...
