Burger King — Restaurant in Saint Stephen

St.Stephen, NB. Unbelievable how badly run this place is. Sept 22)2023 Went inside to order ,while waiting it appeared every order was wrong, others said it's always that way and laughed it off. 40 mins later got my order it was wrong, every order people had prior to my order were wrong!!! I knew I better check before leaving. I'm surprised the franchise owner is not sitting this place out, head office of burger king really needs to step in and sort this joint out! I can only imagine how screwed up the drive thru order lane was...never again will we go there. My brownie ice cream desert I wanted had no brownies in it...so much for my birthday treat 😡 Absolutely the worst chain restaurant experience in my 67 yrs! Do better burger king...

Staff are friendly, the place is generally clean and the service is reasonably quick and accurate. Like most fast food places it's laid out in a really stupid way so everyone does the awkward "have you already been waited on" dance during times when lines form.

No idea why it seems to be locked in an epic battle of how to deliver ketchup as ineffectively and disappointingly as possible. For quite a while after they opened ketchup was only available in the silly foil packets over the counter. They finally cracked fairly recently and installed a ketchup pump. I dunno how they mange it but the ketchup often has the consistency of water. Almost like it needs to be shaken or something but whoever sets it up...

I know the workers are stressed but twenty minutes for three burgers, no napkins, missing burger, food not cooked and as little as it seems when we ask for no tomato, we mean NO tomato. On top of that two people walked in (seems like they work here maybe manager) with no masks, vape in hand and walked through the people waiting for food to the back touching at least three costumers. With that being said mistakes were corrected (got ketchup, napkins and our missing burger that they swore was in there when we asked to make sure but anyways) and the food we did get was decently good but if they could have a better system or even a better trained staff then I would...
