Overpriced. 26$ for Médiocre « Greek » and « Italian » food. Not authentic in any way.

Terrible service. Rude staff. The whole restaurant had lights that flickered and when asked to change seats to the section that was similar to a solarium (re. Windows and no light fixtures) because the flickering lights were giving me a headache, the 2 wait staff were extremely rude. Waitress number one had a rude attitude and told me the whole restaurants had lights that were broken and not to look at the lights, just look down instead. When I asked about the solarium, Waiter number 2 told me the solarium had no kids allowed (and we had 2 with us). I pointed out that there was a child there and he then said we couldn’t go anyway because the tables were different my reserved?!?! Do...

Bad food, worse service. We went for dinner and got the table h'ote. It was pretty bad. The soup was homemade and good. The bread was just the tiniest bun each. The muscles were not in their shells and tasted like they came out of a can moments before and were just warmed up. Then our mains came, I got the veal parmigiana and my husband the steak. He asked for medium and it was practically blue, and my pasta was so under cooked it was crunchy and hard to eat No one checked on us throughout our entire meal. There was onle 2 other tables in the place so they werent busy. After waiting 30 min for someone to ask if our meal was ok we just gave up. My husband and I arrived at the Excelsior hotel after 9pm and asked at the reception desk if we could still have dinner at the restaurant on site. They called the restaurant and asked them to wait for two late hotel guests. We started with cheese sticks and salad followed by grilled butterfly shrimp with a side of veggies, rice, and potato wedges. To my surprise, everything was cooked to perfection and quite tasty. The two ladies that waited on us that night were efficient, polite, helpful, and happy to answer all our questions. We enjoyed our meal and would not hesitate to return or to recommend the Amadeus...
