A Tim Horton with very rude service and I will not recommend anyone to come to this tim Horton, never!!! It is the worst Tim Horton that I ever been, I could not believe that there will be a Tim Horton like this. Originally I love time Horton so much but now I changed my mind, bad quality of product, I ordered an ice cup but they only give me about only three over five amount of ice cup, the kitchen looked I cleaned for several months, many dusts and even potato’s on the floor. Before I go in this store I saw a dude just come out from this Tim Horton and he was so unhappy and saying some bad words in his mouth, now I finally realized way he was so unhappy. Zero customer service, i was traveling from NB to toronto, tired and exhausted. I went for coffee, i were asked to put a mask. However, couple of customer already sitting without mask and took services without mask. I had no mask with me and ask for a new one , instead of giving , Server girl rudely told me to put tshirt on face.Seriouslly??? After that, i was standing front of counter waiting for my turn (there was only me in the line) , same girl talking and laughing on me , like they were intentionally ignoring me , after 10 minutes there was another girl took my order. I dont whats wring with the people, i am really upset with the behaviour!! I wont expect any apology or any thing. Atleast , try to have positive attitude among customer coming...

Most disgusting cup of coffee you will ever get. Absolutely no consistency whatsoever. I have stopped at this location for the past 5 years as there is nowhere else to stop for coffee in a tractor trailer. Every time I stop here I get a horrendous tasting coffee similar to water with sugar and cream or they will give you a coffee with sour cream, that’s happened multiple times. I’ve called and complained several times but nothing has been done because most of the employees at this English Canadian franchise can’t speak English. Very terrible experience once again and hope I can find somewhere better to start...
