Restaurant BJ Pizzeria — Restaurant in Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac

Bj pizza has been my one and only pizza place since I moved to Ste Marthe over a decade ago, it has always been my favourite and honestly no other pizza could compare to it. That was however before they changed the recipe..

I'm not sure if they're under new ownership or just making cuts because of covid but its so sad to see the decay of a once amazing pizza place..

1. The new boxes please change them back, they dont hold the grease well and its leaked all over our leather seats or my jeans twice now!

2. You guys had THE BEST pizza in the world but we can tell its a different cheese, different bacon, even the vegetables..

3. cheese was a wet slimey consistency, pepperoni taste gross, the box soaked in grease had more flavour than your pizza and the crust was just down right horrible.. How do you make it undercooked and over cooked a the same time?!?

All in all, please change things back because I doubt you guys will be able to stay open for a much longer time once all your regulars realize that the pizza here is now worse...

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a pizzeria. The pizza looked good. But then it all went downhill. The waitress said the bill was 75, I gave her a 100 bill, got 10 10 5 back. On my way out she came up to me and told me I did not pay her (so how did I have change in my hands?) and demanded I pay her 100 again. I asked for video evidence, and she said they do not have video recordings. I paid 100 again and said I will call to speak to your manager later. That night when I get home, I started feeling stomach pains. I spent 2 days in bed with excruciating pain and vomiting- it was from the spoiled cheese. I spent 3 days calling to reach a manager ("Custa") and when I finally reached him, he laughed at the problems, did not care and said there is nothing he can do. Disgusting experience...

NEVER AGAIN. Since the new ownership the pizza is horrible. The last time we ordered the poutine was cold. Tonight we called for delivery. Ordered the Italian hamburger with FRIES. WE got rice. Ordered a 7 inch PEPPERONI SUB AND FRY. Got a 7 inch STEAK PEPPERONI sub and NO FRY. This happens often but they have lost us as customers. I wonder if they wonder why they get horrible complaints on Facebook group Citoyen Sainte-Marthe-sur-le-Lac. They won't be open for too long. Owner should stick to snow removal because with incompetent employees he won't...
