Amazing sandwiches, peperets, and lunch meat. Such a big sandwich that you can eat half and save the rest for later. The service is also amazing. The young guy that is always work at the store is great, he is very personable and funny. He makes great small talk while making your sandwich and makes you feel welcome. Place is takeout only. Very clean and well kept. Great place for lunch in Sarnia and I would highly recommend it to anyone. This is one of those must try places and a definite highlight in Sarnia. Not from here but my mom is and I really wanted a deli sandwich that felt very homemade and just my luck I was at the pharmacy next door when I looked up a deli spot and heard that it’s a Sarnia staple. You can tell this is where the locals come for their cheap sandwich for lunch and that’s exactly what you need in this economy. Good food, good atmosphere, and great owner. I knew this place would be legit when I saw two guys just hanging out on lawn chairs outside and realized they were the ones that worked there.

These old-school sandwich shops are hard to find in a world of sterile food chains.

It's probably one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Tons of fresh meat sliced directly in front of you, crunchy lettuce, mayo, mustard...it doesn't get better than this.

Now I just need to figure out what kind of beer...
