Napoli Pizza — Restaurant in Sarnia

Honestly we only get the pasta and its terrible. Every 6 months or so we get nostalgic for the old pasta, but even though it has the same names it nothing compared. Anything with red sauce tastes like pepper and fire, no flavour just pure simple black pepper. Anything with cream sauce seems to be missing the cream, but oil, butter and grease are very prevalent. Disappointed every time. We keep thinking it will get better but I think I’m done. Sad, as it was for the last 20 years our fav pasta place. Such a let down. * EDIT I am now looking at other reviews and honestly the responses from the new management are so cruddy it brings up more experiences we have had. One time we tired to order delivery and we’re scolded, they were asking why we just didn’t come into the restaurant. They are not friendly, food is bad, just overall not worth it. The previous owner was an old school kind of guy, no replacements, his food was what it was, but his food was amazing and he was able to get away with it. Now I’m dealing with bad service and bad food. I can’t believe this place is still open. It’s living on reputation alone. Time to realize it’s not actually Napoli anymore....

Pizza was ok. However slightly over priced. The wings I ordered with it were covered in melted foam. When I called to complain the lady on the phone stated that she would work on better packaging for next time and that she Hope's I order from them again. Definitely wouldn't ever consider ordering again seeing as they had zero interest in fixing the order I paid for and had to throw out almost half the chicken wings. Absolutely terrible customer service I'd give zero stars if I could.

I didn't want a large that's why I ordered a medium tho.. I don't see how extra pizza I didn't want replaces my contaminated wings. Also I was definitely not offered anything on my next order. Offered to pack it better next time that was it. Again I don't see how that helps...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY Our order was delayed an hour and a half with no communication what so ever. then when the order finally came in, they lied straight to my face and said "we're the first people to use the website" even though there's a previous review posted. Strange. But dont worry, they gave me TWO WHOLE complementary cokes!!!!

OH and on top of all this the food was mediocre at best. Wings were soggy and room temperature on arrival, and I've had equivalent pizza from the frozen section of the grocery. 100 bucks down the drain for a large pizza, a few chicken wings, and a tiny(large size on website)...
