Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Sarnia

My wife and I tried this place as we got coupons in the mail. So we got the two large deal combined with 3 toppings per pizza. The only reason why you are getting 2 starts is because the lady who took our order was very friendly. I would like to give a shout-out to the guy making our pizzas on January 17 2023 at 8:30pm for using his bare hands to make out pizzas and putting toppings on our pizza and not wearing any gloves at all that's so gross. Also when we got our pizza home we were sure suprsed that there was hardly any toppings our pizzas. I may have had less then a hand full of pineapple on my pizza. My wife did not like the taste of the sauce. My wife said it tasted mtalic and no flavour at all. It seems they took the sauce right from the can to the pizza. My wife and I went here because of all the good reviews. Also people posted pictures of there pizza on reviews of this location and saw lots of topping witch we were suprised we hardly got any. My wife and I will probably never come back. You need to make you sauce have more flavour and not caned tasting and give more topping then just less then a hand full dprinkled all...

Fed up.

When they first opened, they were amazing. The last few times me or my kids or husband ordered (whether pickup or takeout) there was always something wrong with the order. And just to show I am being fair, the wings and sauces are pretty good.

We always supported Pizza Depot but the last straw for me was my order yesterday, I ordered wings and pizza, I asked twice over the phone to please do a LIGHT COOK on the pizza. I tipped when I picked up the pizza without looking at it. That was my mistake. But this pizza was so overcooked and had lots of burnt bits that after trying a slice, we threw it out and got pizza at G** instead.

Pickup time was 20-25 minutes and I was there in that timeframe, but the pizza was definitely out of the oven well before that because when we opened the box it was stiff and cool like it had been sitting around a while.

I would suggest you to look at your order and don't tip if the food is inedible. Sadly over the years, it has become common practice to serve mundane and overcooked pizza. They permanently lost...

Pizza Depot was a vendor at Sarnia VegFest. We didn't have a lot of time to explore the festival as we had other commitments to attend that day, but we stopped by their store location the next day in hopes of getting a taste of vegan pizza. We didn't see them on the menu, so inquired about them. The staff promptly provided information about the menu served at VegFest and offered to make us any of the ones they were able to make right then. We ordered 2 different kinds which I don't recall the names of (olives on half of one for my partner who likes them), and they were excellent. My boyfriend enjoyed the zucchini on the one, and I liked the tofu on the other. We really hope the vegan pizzas will be added to the menu permanently as we would love to order from here again.
