As recommended by in-laws, it's just as good as they said. The plaza is a bit sketchy but once you enter Selina's it's like you're taken to a different place. The ambiance felt nice and cozy. The server we got was not too attentive, but maybe she was busy.. we had to ask for ketchup, also for coffee refills a couple of times unlike the other server that has refilled her tables 3 times already before we got our first refill. Anyways, the plates we got were great. They tasted good. The potato was good and my omelette too!! The orange juice was a bit bland and the fruit bowl a bit meh. Overall though it was a good brunch experience on our way back east.

Bad, tasteless food! Server clearly didnt listen to my order and brought the wrong stuff. To top it all off the maple syrup was in a aunt Jemima bottle. They discounted aunt jemima 2 years ago. Would not return

I have tried this restaurant on a number of occasions and their food is consistently sub par. I find the restaurant itself dirty and greasy. The waitresses, however, are very nice. I have noticed the owner treats them very poorly and somehow feels it is appropriate to yell at them in front of customers. I only went into the washroom once and decided right then and there to skip it and wait till I got home yuck. So in summary, because the food is very lackluster, the restaurant doesn't seem very clean, and the owner is rude to his staff AND customers, I have only given 1 star. I would give zero; however it won't let me. So, if you're looking for great food, Sarnia has so many good restaurants. This place is awful and I won't be going again. P.S. I notice I got a reply to my review. I rolled my eyes when it said the owner "yells at the waitress because he wants you to get your favourite meal hot and in a timely manner". WHAT A CROCK!! Terrible answer, it's never okay to yell at your staff in front of customers, so stop making excuses. Just another reason not to support Selena's South East...

A quaint little place that has a fun feel to it, but at the end of the day it was nothing super extraordinary. Hubby wanted to substitute the three breakfast meat options for all bacon and they would not allow it. This is the only place he's ever been turned down that request, which seems a bit arbitrary.

When I used to frequent this place years ago the fruit options with breakfast always wowed me, but this time I was underwhelmed.

It's one of the only places that does a sausage omelette, however, that's a plus in my books.

This is one of the cheaper options we've been to in a while, so that's another plus, in overall I would say it's worth a...
