This was my first visit to a Serene Tea, and I absolutely loved it! The staff was really nice and friendly, and explained the menu for us. The menu is huge, and there were so many amazing sounding options. Tea types, flavors of Boba and jelly, down to how sweet you want it 0%-100%. I chose the Brown Sugar Butterfly Pea with coconut Jelly. So good! And lookmhow beautiful it is! We didn't even get to food, so I'll definitely be back!

I ordered a strawberry milk tea with strawberry popping pearls and it tasted like straight up tea. I hated it. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 the photo below is my brother’s milk tea we got the same thing it tasted and looked the same. It doesn’t even look like strawberry milk tea it looks like normal tea! I’ve never wanted to throw boba out but today I couldn’t. Unexpectable!

Serene Tea in Evergreen lives up to its name if serenity means never having tapioca pearls when you actually want boba. It’s like going to a concert where the headliner bailed, but the opener (that peach mango smoothie) still puts on a decent show.

When this place opened up, this was such a nice place with good service and good drinks. But now, it seems every evening they have the one older lady working by herself, who is clearly incapable of managing on her own. She cannot speak English well enough to serve or understand customers and more often than not, she fails to ring up the drinks properly or even make sure the transaction is completed. I would hate for this place to lose money and close because of this, as I really like some of their drinks, but I imagine they are losing out on so many sales because she doesn’t pay attention! And then, without fail, she has to be prompted to remake the drinks as she will either make the wrong drink or make some weird concoction that is not on the menu. Sigh. But if you go when the young people are working it is still a...

I ordered a 2 bobas and a coconut bun, paid for everything and before I left asked if the coconut bun was packed as she had already closed the bag double knoted, I was walking biking hone so I didn't wanna open the bag and have everything fall out. When I got home I didn't receive the coconut bun I paid for. I called the place and asked about the coconut bun and the worker said yeah I forgot it, and then I asked how if I asked you before I left if it was in the bag and you said yes, she said yeah i have to go, this place use to be my favorite, but now I'm truly disappointed, I asked how to fix this issue and she hung up, I called 2 more times and she didn't answer,...

I had a disappointing experience here. I ordered a taro milk tea, but I was given a brown-colored drink. When I took a sip, it tasted like chocolate. Since I really don’t like chocolate, I went back to ask about it.

The staff then showed me two powders—one for chocolate and one for taro. I know what they look like! Chocolate is brown, and taro is purple. But my milk tea was a brown color. Still, she just said, "No, no. Taro." and then turned away and ignored me.

Mistakes can happen, but the way it was handled was disappointing. A simple apology or offer to fix it would have made a big difference. Thank you for...
