When this place opened up, this was such a nice place with good service and good drinks. But now, it seems every evening they have the one older lady working by herself, who is clearly incapable of managing on her own. She cannot speak English well enough to serve or understand customers and more often than not, she fails to ring up the drinks properly or even make sure the transaction is completed. I would hate for this place to lose money and close because of this, as I really like some of their drinks, but I imagine they are losing out on so many sales because she doesn’t pay attention! The staff then showed me two powders—one for chocolate and one for taro. I know what they look like! Chocolate is brown, and taro is purple. But my milk tea was a brown color. Still, she just said, "No, no. Taro." and then turned away and ignored me.
