Tapri — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Very disappointment with the service I received during my recent visit to Tapri, Evergreen on Dec 8th at 9:30pm.

Firstly, there was an unusually long delay in serving our food, which was frustrating given that the restaurant was not particularly busy at the time. We waited for 2 hrs before our soup was served, far exceeding what I consider reasonable. Even after waiting 2 hours, I reminded them 3 times that I’m waiting for a dish. They just said yes but never came to me. I have to came out of restaurant at 11:45 pm without food being served.

Additionally, I was deeply disheartened by the rude behaviour of one of your employees.

This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, which is disappointing considering Tapri’s reputation for quality service.

I will not recommend Tapri unless if you want to waste your time...

Expect to wait 50+ minutes for food, this is not a fast food place. We got here late one night and were the only people in the place. They said it would take 30 minutes as their online orders were busy - that’s fine. We come back 30 minutes later and only then do they start to make our food!!! ... I wish they didn’t make us pay up front because we would have left to go somewhere else at this point. You shouldn’t have to pay and tip in advance to get the bare minimum for low quality food. Then they told us another 15 minutes after that they could only make one of the dishes. Honestly just ridiculous service and no respect from the staff. Such a waste of time and money for average food. Save yourself the bad experience and avoid this place. 50$ and 50...

I came to the restaurant for picking up my correct food ordered at 1:00 am but at the end the employees tried to portrait me as a thief stealing the drinking at the restaurant for the compensation of delivering wrong food order. And they even tried to pull my friends down by saying we were wrong at every point. The owner tried to calm the situation down but the employees were literally disrespecting my friends and trying to prove their point. This was literally sad and depressing.
