My family and I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had a rather frustrating experience that significantly impacted our comfort. After purchasing our order, we decided to dine outside on the patio. As the sun became quite strong, our children asked for assistance in opening a patio umbrella to provide some much-needed shade.
To our disappointment, a staff member refused our request, citing that "it is too windy outside." However, this explanation did not align with the actual weather conditions. At the time of our visit, the wind speed was minimal, likely around [Insert Estimated Wind Speed, e.g., 5-10 km/h]. There was no significant breeze, and it certainly did not seem windy enough to prevent an umbrella from being opened safely.
This denial felt unhelpful and dismissive, especially when the stated reason was not factual. A simple act of assistance, or a more accurate explanation, would have made a significant difference. It's disappointing when a customer's comfort is overlooked due to an apparent unwillingness to help, or perhaps a misrepresentation of the environmental conditions.
We hope for improved customer service and more accurate communication regarding weather conditions...
Read moreI usually donât write reviews, but I had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons (Mc clocklin around 6:50pm). I was standing at the counter waiting to place my order, and the crew member at the register was barely doing anything. When I politely called her over, she responded in a very rude tone, telling me to wait. She came over shortly after but didnât greet me at allâjust stood there silently.
After I placed my order, she didnât say a single wordânot even a âthank youââand just walked away. When my order was ready, she handed it to me with an attitude and left without a word. There was no sense of customer service or basic courtesy. I understand busy moments happen, but it wasnât even a busy time and there were no customers except me, basic respect and professionalism should still be there. Really disappointed. I would really like to add her name but when I tried to look for her name on the name tag there was nothing written on it. She wears glasses and this has happened a few times now, itâs not the first time she...
Read moreFirst of all we were looking very much forward to this new Tim Hortons opening up in Hampton Village. We went there today for lunch what a disaster the kind of taking her order could not understand what we wanted the tables for a dirty none of them were cleaned napkin holder was empty the big screens that show what you can order all black. You would think a new place just opening up they would have somebody taking your order that understood English and spoke English people keep saying this Tim Hortons will be a gold lion that's the only one in Hampton trust me it will never ever keep open if they are free like they did today. Furthermore we ask for a meal on the plate and they put them in bags it'll be a long time before we consider going back. My advice would be for anybody thinking of going there to drive an extra minute and go go to someplace else. If I opened up a new business I would assure you I'd go out of my way to make sure that the customer has got awesome service and clean...
