STAY AWAY if you're an ethnic minority! Very poor service and racist.

Posting on behalf of my family- who were a group of 8, all Chinese, received very poor treatment. The waitress literally threw the dishes/plates onto the table and did not deliver to the individual. She did not even deliver water to them- she just put the water on the tray, so they grabbed their own water. Did not keep track of who's meal belonged to who and was VERY unpleasant when delivering them. She threw the dishes onto the table and did not state what the dish was; she didn't place the meal in front of individual. Only made 7 meals as the waitress missed one, so everyone finished their meal before the last meal came out. The waitress did not apologize for her error. Never came to refill water. (The restaurant was not busy at all.) Gave them very judgmental looks and talked down to them in a discriminatory manner.

When asked to split the bill, the waitress was once again very rude about it and didn't remember whose meal belonged to who. She rolled her eyes. The waitress then threw the bill onto the table.

The food was also poor, steaks were supposed to be medium rare, but came out well-done.

When asked to speak to the manager, the manager said "the waitress is our very best." No apologies for the poor treatment.

If you're an ethnic minority, please stay away from this restaurant because you don't deserve to be treated like this. My family has been in Canada for over 30+ years and have never been treated with...

Food is always good everytime I go to this restaurant however; the last couple times I’ve been here service was way less then ideal. The first time I figured it’s just because it’s busy, my buddy had asked 4 times for a refill on his coffee and they kept saying sure right away but took him 35 Minutes to get the coffee ☕️ but again I assumed it was just cause it was busy, so a week later thought I’d give it another go, sadly I ordered Thai Chicken Bites which I got, chicken quesadilla which I got and I also ordered a poutine which I didn’t get at all, my coworker ordered the same thing and only got the chicken bites and the quesadilla but again no poutine, my other co-worker order mushroom caps which he received he had also ordered a poutine and instead of the poutine he got plain fries with a This is it chicken on the bun which he had received but again he asked for a poutine. Over all the food is great; the wait staff are nice but as you can tell it was rough trying to get the things I ordered hopefully if I go back I’ll be able to get what I order but it is what is is so this is why I gave it such...

Wonderful place (decor) but no ambiance (some music may help) Very busy on a Sunday even though only open from 5-9. only place in town that’s open on a Sunday. Baseball tournament in town and maybe they weren’t ready for it possibly.

Poor waitress all by herself serving a full restaurant with the owner who’s also waitressing. Food came out in phases so some people ate while others on our table waited for ever. Most of us were done when finally the rest of food arrived. The waitresses were overwhelmed. No water refills no napkins no parm no pepper no to go box.

Food was really bad. Nothing was good except the Salad was a nice touch. Wings were way over cooked. Authentic Italian supposedly but nothing made in house not even the sauces. It’s a shame cuz the place is wonderful. Was not impressed with the quality. Ordered the veal and chicken parm A burger and 2 fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and shrimp and all were really bad. Even blush sauce was bad.

Sorry for this review however the experience was really was lackluster. Food must be on point at least
