G's Coffee House — Restaurant in Severn

Took two stars off for Mediocre food and terrible restroom.

The worker was sweet and polite. She worked fast. The coffee was excellent. The front area was reasonably swept and tidy. No odors etc.

Ordered the veggie pattie. It was fresh. It really needs more filling. It was tasty but mostly pastry so it was dry.

I know bathroom renos are costly but even dedicating a few hundred to repainting stalls and walls would help. I'm the meantime, scrubbing it top to bottom is needed. As I was sitting in the stalls the grime on them was very evident. Even though it was in poor disrepair, it wasn't completely filthy. Toilets and sink were clean, floor was mopped and swept etc. The toilet seat...

I’m not one to write horrible reviews at all - especially given that this is a Coffee Time that’s clearly not striving to impress... but their grab and go food was AWFUL. My boyfriend had the worst time getting through his breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, cheese) and literally spit out the donut he got and refused to eat it. I understand that as customers, we probably swing in here for a brief pit stop BUT if you’re hungry, just drive another few minutes up the road and you’ll find a Tim Hortons - go there...

I completely understand when a shop only allows paying customers to use the washroom.

So when I do buy something and I use that washroom, I would assume it's been cleaned at some point in the last month.

This was disgusting. Beyond disgusting. I only used the urinal, and how bad can a urinal get? Drop in and find out. It wasnt just a state, clearly there was a buildup over time.

When you see this level of gross, you wonder...
