Le P'tit Broadway — Restaurant in Shawinigan

I stopped in for breakfast and really enjoyed the overall vibe of the place—relaxed and welcoming. The food was tasty and came in a generous portion; I ended up saving half to enjoy later as lunch. The coffee was also excellent, and the service was warm and friendly throughout.

That said, the wait for food was longer than expected, though it seems like a small kitchen doing its best, so I can understand the delay.

One downside worth noting: the washroom situation was a bit off-putting. There’s no on-site restroom—it’s a shared facility with nearby shops, and unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean. At a certain price point, you'd hope for a better experience...

Went there because of good reviews but the food was awful. We had breakfast and everything was bad. The hollandaise sauce was grainy and liquidy. It looked like a powder mix. The French toasts and eggs were ok. And to top it all off, we were alone in the restaurant and it took 40 minutes to have our food. Seriously, don't go to...

La cuisine n'est plus ce qu'elle était! On avait 2 burgers sur 4 commandes et les 2 étaient diamétralement cuits différemment. Le premier était adéquat alors que le second était moins cuit que saignant car le jus coulait sur la salade à côté du hamburger!!

Je ne peux qu'imaginer que la boulette était encore surgelé au moment de la cuire. On n'a pas pris la chance de la manger aussi rouge et coulante que ça.

La cook en a refait un autre. Ç'a pris un bon 25 minutes avant d'avoir le second, cette fois, totalement cramé, sec, brûlé, carbonisé quoi! La cook voulait être certaine qu'on ne le retourne pas une seconde fois.

On a bien entendu avisé notre serveuse qui a pris la défense de ladite chef. Aucun rabais. Aucune considération.

Dommage qu'en cette période de hausse des prix, la satisfaction du client ne soit pas davantage prix en compte.

On n'y retournera pas de sitôt.
