Cartrites — Restaurant in Shawville

Usually pretty decent breakfast in the past but the last few times i ordered , the eggs (over easy) the yellow has been cooked solid . As well they are giving preferential treatment to the usuals . I.e. i came with my 2 young daughters , we ordered our food (chicken fingers kids meal and a poutine) and a group that came in 5 mins after had received and eaten their order before we even received ours . I was informed that there are many takeout orders and it will be another 15 mins before we get ours .

To sum it up . If you know them and are from shawville you should be fine .

We have been here a few times now, for different meals and every time has been delicious, very well priced and the staff has been awesome. They have 2 'rooms' for dining, both with a different atmosphere and even though both are nice, the darker room is more to my liking. Recently I had the Avocado burger with sweet potatoe fries and it was delicious. The parking is adequate as it shares with other businesses. Easy access off the highway and also easy to locate visually. If you are new to the area and are looking for a nice place to eat, I recommend...

Sadly I can't give this place a 5 star review .. I find this place is going downhill. It's twice I go there with family and twice my food was cold...but this time the waitress gave me attitude. I've never seen a restaurant serve two people and make the other 4 guests wait so long for their meal ! Serve everyone at the table their meal at the same time ,it's why we go out as a family to...
