I had an absolutely delightful experience at this Vietnamese restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my meal.

Now, let's talk about the food - it was nothing short of amazing! I started with the fresh spring rolls, which were bursting with flavor and accompanied by a delicious dipping sauce. For my main course, I tried the pho, and it was a bowl of pure comfort. The broth was rich and aromatic, and the tender slices of beef were perfect.

The menu offered a wide variety of Vietnamese dishes, and I can't wait to come back and try more. If you're a fan of Vietnamese cuisine or even if you're new to it, I highly recommend this restaurant. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return for another memorable meal! Compliments to the chef for...

In my opinion, this is the best Vietnamese restaurant in Sherwood Park, and I believe my family has tried them all. You can tell immediately that they use really fresh and high-quality ingredients. This sets them apart from other Vietnamese restaurants in the Park and in Edmonton. My kids order the Pho just with beef balls and love it. My husband has tried a few different dishes here, including Pho and Vermicelli bowls and he was really impressed with both. I tend to eat plant-based and this is hands down the best vegetarian Pho I've ever had. You can tell the broth is homemade and not from a powder and it is full of perfectly cooked fresh veggies. This is hard to find! On this alone I would recommend them. Highly encourage Vietnamese food fans to...

Trying this new local Vietnamese restaurant during their opening week with a bunch of friends. Very bright and clean inside and food was amazing. Had their special platter to share which everyone enjoyed and can be a meal itself! Beef carpaccio was to die for, loved the crispy onions. And of course they’re signature Rau’s special pho with the added beef bones on the side. The broth was so astonishing, reminds me of my grandma’s cooking. My friend ordered the fried rice with beef cubes which she said was fantastic as well. Everything was so good that I will come back this weekend with my family. Don’t forget to order their coffee as well. I tried their coconut Vietnamese ice coffee, it’s so refreshing on a nice Fall day.

We decided to spend our Sunday night at this newly opened, family-owned restaurant named Rau. Upon entry, the layout was noticeably inviting. Lander and Grace were so accomodating and polite. They consistently went around to check how everyone’s doing, to refill water/tea and to ensure that the place was well kept. We ordered the Rau’s special pho, Ginger beef stir fry and rice meal with steak cubes. The meals were seriously appetizing! The steak cubes were so tender and juicy. The ginger beef were crunchy and well-seasoned. Lander generously offered us to try their spring rolls and they were equally good. It was such a pleasant experience! We hope everyone could give this a try and make sure to spread the good words!

The ambient was nice, and the service was very great! First time to go to this place, and it didn't disappoint. We order the fried tofu and fried squid, both taste terrific. Mildly spicy, which was good because we can't handle too much spice. Don't ask for dipping sauce, as itself they taste good already. We also order Rau Special Pho, 1 regular and 1 large (the price on the menu is a large). The pho was good too, has a lot of meat and we had to take home what we weren't able to finish because we were too full. We order iced tea for our drink, and it is awesome as well. Lander, who serves our order, was very helpful and always checked on us if we needed something else. Will definitely come back to this place!
