Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Sorel-Tracy

Newly renovated, nice design, unfortunately they are trying to save in the amount of food.. ie, the cup of soup is 3/4 full, the bread is old and only 1 portion of butter with it, I will try the sandwich and tell you later. I would to say that my reviews are ment to give a feedback to customers and owners to reach the optimum results in service, I am very neutral and fair, Today I was very disappointed to spend 7 minutes waiting to place my order (which is normal) but waiting for 22 minutes and not receiving my order, it was frustrating, I had to cancel my order and go back to work...

3 ans je prends des café tim Horton c'est la succursale du tim que j'aime le moins je prefere faire 3a 4 km de plus pour avoir un meilleur service maintenant son toujours pressé fini la commande quand tu a même pas fini ta commande jamais a l'écoute des clients , se trompe a tout les jours je prends des café a tous les jours est toujours se trompe dans mon café est maintenant il goûte très différents on dirait il donne de l'eau du fleuve St-Laurent est des fois toujours air bête sec un petit sourire le matin ferais du bien au client régulier qui va a tout les jours vraiment déçu je suis désolée de mettre du négatif mais j'ai pas grand positif a dire...
