Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti/Pisano's Old School Harrowsmith — Restaurant in South Frontenac

Friday April 5th, 2019.

I'm a regular customer, but after tonight we will be ordering from the pizza place from now on!! My husband and I order from Gino's quite regularly and have never had anything but amazing food, and fast delivery! On Friday April 5th around 8:30 pm we order our usual meal only to be told on the phone our order wasn't going to be placed because it was under $20 and they no longer accept order under the munimmi of $20. When we usually order our meal we have a $4 delivery fee which is normal. The lady my husband was speaking to on the phone was very rude, obnoxious and didn't seem to know much about the establishment. After she hung up on my husband, I called back to order our food as he was very upset that something like this had hapoened, when the same lady picked up the phone she had a very aggressive tone of voice and said "Gino's, could you give me my order we don't have all night" which I thought was a little much, I began ordering my food and she started laughing and had said ' did I not just tell some man hes not ordering food from here' and hung up. After finally calling back again we spoke to someone else who had no idea that this happen and continued to place our order of $15, when our food arrived the driver said "I had to pull strings to bring your food here so take it" our meal wasn't cooked nor was it was we asked for, not to mention after eating only a few bites we were both sick to our stomachs and were still recovering, as of this situation I've notice your hiring again and I just thought I'd let everyone know that if you eat at this establishment you'll not only be treated poorly, but not have your food cooked properly and because of that causing you to be sick. I tried to message the owners only to be ignored. Please don't waster your time or money...

Winner, Winner ! I can honestly say I have never NOT been able to finish a extra large or even a party size pizza from most places... Yet Gino's has mastered the art of stacking an amazing amount of cheese and toppings while achieving a perfect cook .. I truly mean perfect. I have had your slices at many if your locations before as I run around doing contractor stuff, but this evening was my first order for a delivery from your Harrowsmith location to my home in Yarker... I will CERTAINLY be ordering again, and again! You consistently make great pizza, tonight's delivery was a perfect pizza, magnificent value for every dollar and the delivery was 5 star ! ... I am happy and FULL... And I couldn't finish it all :) and that never happens ha! Great value! And always great customer service experience at any location I have visited, such a kind team all around. I can say more great stuff - but you have the idea by now ;) if you Love a truly great pizza, you owe it to yourself...

I had ordered a pizza to pick up. They had asked for my phone number & my name. They said they would call when it was ready, approximately 20 minutes, I was told. We drove and sat in the parking lot directly within view of the front window/door. I expected a call to say it was ready, or at least have someone come out to us to ask what we were waiting for. We waited 25-35 minutes. No call or no one came out. Finally decided to go in, & was handed our pizza from the warming case. Not sure how long it was sitting in there! Needless to say it was lukewarm with returning to our vehicle. Did not bother with taking it back in. Had waited long enough. When finally getting to eat it, I found the dough was not quite cooked all the way on the bottom. We decided to get a pizza from this location, because a family member had ordered one the night before & it looked delicious. Lesson learned: Stick to our...
