City Limits Bar & Grill — Restaurant in South Stormont

Been there so many times and awesome, food and service. Ordered many times , awesome food. Had one first time bad experience, ordering for my mother in law, meat was extremely tough. Called to let them know our disappointment. Went from waitress, to supervisor to owner.. by thier choice of passing the phone. Owner, was extremely rude, unsympathetic, not caring. Totally defensive, and uncaring. We just wanted to let them know. Treated, so poorly, especially by owner. Last time there, last time ordering from there. Obviously, customers satisfaction or just listening, is NOT his concern. PS, Every visit there, owner at bar, by till, never acknowledges customers, except, to show them he's the boss. We tried to thank him on one visit, and he he just gruffed, and basically did not accept our appreciation, or acknowledge. It only takes 1 strike, 2 you are out. There are many restaurants out there, who actually respect thier customers. Especially those that were frequenting thier business. My money would be better spent, to businesses who care, or at...

Was there earlier today and received my bill for 1 baked lasagna, 1 baked manicotti and 4 double caesars and the bill was $115 (imagine adding the “expected” 20% tip and paying almost $140 lol). Kinda nuts, anyway I mention to the waitress that I was being charged $7.50 for one shot of vodka when the caesar is only $8.50 and asked her if a virgin caesar was only a dollar and she just answered like my question was stupid and walked away and got quiet the rest of the time we were there like as if this upset her that I was in disbelief over these ridiculous prices. 100% I won’t be back, I can’t justify paying top dollar for terrible service and regular food. Oh and when we first all got there and settled in one of us asked if they stilled served breakfast and she responded with “I already asked everyone and no one responded” we were a party of 10 and hadn’t seen each other in awhile so for obvious reasons it’s possible no one did hear her, not like her response with the tone it was said could be justified. We had the pleasure of eating here for an 80th birthday celebration. Some of the food ordered were the club(was actually shared by two people!), onion soup(was very hot and cheesy), Caesar wrap(so large that half was taken home) and my dish the single fish and chips lunch special which consisted of such with a choice of dessert, rice pudding or jello. My plate was great! It was a larger portion of fish with a small container of tartar and coleslaw, with a larger portion of seasoned fries. It was truly great, although some have mentioned the fact that the fish was frozen and not fresh, it did not make a difference to me as it was simply tasty! I also had a soda, a larger glass and I chose the rice pudding. It came in a very small glass dish and was so creamy and amazing! Our waitress at our end of the table was Roula. She was so efficient and friendly! My lunch with tax was just under $20!! Imagine that! What a great price.
