If I could give a no star I probably would. The manager did not greet me I had to just say my order; i even tried asking for ketchup and she just told me to get ketchup from the dispensers instead of giving me packets since my order was to go, there is no friendliness here. The workers looked lazy and honestly if they could shoot themselves in the face they would have done so instead of working here. I've heard it just opened back up again, so I expect things will get better. But when I was there I waited about 20 minutes in a 3 person line up just to order. Not sure if they were understaffed, on break, or just new. But it wasn't a great experience. And, unrelated, they have an incorrect fire safety plan posted by the main entrance. The map indicates it was designed to be placed in the kitchen, it isn't positioned in relation to N, and says the fire extinguisher is on the other side of the building when in fact it is right under the sign... This is beyond the worst A&W that you could possibly visit. Especially with this town being a workers centered one. The food was cold and the time for the wait was 21 minutes. Was flabbergasted at it all. Definitely never will be coming back to this location. I understand if it was understaffed and the employees were in highschool. However that doesn't mean this A&W couldn't of done better. Have a partner that works there 4 and 4 and he has mentioned time and time again about the horrible service.
